After your employees complete their HRA – Have them set individual and company health goals.
Set up a companywide wellness communication campaign – communicate with your employees through mass and individual communication on a weekly and monthly basis.
Be creative – develop a wellness calendar or create quarterly themes to keep employees motivated in the company and their overall wellness goals.
Offer rewards – post the reward program in your break room. Display the organization’s progress.
Provide information – at the right time to the right employees to get individualized opportunities to put wellness at the center of their lives.
